2. Eligibility
2.1. Returns: You may initiate a return if the product arrived damaged, or it doesn't match the product description on our website.
- If you prefer a return, no problem! We offer store credit (Gift Card), valid for 12 months, so you can find something else you’ll love.
2.2. Exchanges: We accept exchanges for products that are defective or if you received the wrong item.
Please Note:
SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.
3-Timeframe
3.1. Returns: You must request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
3.2. Exchanges: You must request an exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
4- Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
4.1. The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
4.2. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care.

5.4. For returns, you will be eligible for a store credit or refund of the purchase price. For exchanges, we will send you a replacement product.
Exchange / Return for International Orders
No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
6- Refunds
6.1. Refunds for returned products will be processed within 15 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
6.2. Refunds will be issued through Bank Transfer which can take upto 15 working days.
7-Shipping Costs
7.1. The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. sending the wrong product).
